The solution for almost anything

I started using GC in the last century, if I rememeber correctly, as an affordable alternative to Photoshop.
I use it now for wrangling unwieldy pdfs, and converting between graphics formats.
Straightforward, hugely capable, and the developers support of his product is outstanding.
